GARNET PORTA is a 4-axis door processing machine. It is designed to perform operations such as hinge placement, lock cylinder, handle placement, slot opening, etc. on a completed door. It automatically selects its tool from the standard 4-piece tool magazine. It performs the operations with the servo-controlled 5.6 kW HITECO motor on it. It can process the top, bottom, and front surfaces of the profile with a single motor. The processable door dimensions are up to 3600 mm in length, 1400 mm in width, 150 mm in height, and 200 mm in surface width.
